Mediation Tools for Family Caregivers
This workshop teaches mediation tools designed for family caregivers dealing with complex family issues; be they a parent, spouse or child in their care, relations with relatives, or managing contacts with the authorities or other professionals. This workshop focuses on managing difficult conversations, navigating objections, and conducting collaborative negotiations in order to determine family roles, delegate tasks, expand the network of support, and more. The workshop is held for individuals and/or groups (in-person or online).
