Conflict Coaching

The Conflict Coaching program trains mediators to assist a single party involved in a dispute who wants to improve their circumstances and to receive tools to do so even when the other party (or parties) is unwilling to participate in the process.

The Mosaica course is based on a conflict coaching model developed by Dr. Tricia Jones from Temple University and Cheryl Cotrona, director of the Good Shepherd Mediation Program in Philadelphia.  Based on many years of experience Mosaica has adapted the model to Israel.

Program graduates receive Mosaica accreditation.

The course includes: Theoretical study, Simulations, group discussion, case study review

Course instructors: Experienced conflict coaches

Course requirements: 15 academic hours (in person and/or online)
